I. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

The purpose of these Principles of Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “Principles”) is to inform the Clients and the Interested Parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Subjects”) about the fact which of their personal data and how their personal data will be processed by the Sport Break s.r.o. company, Company ID No. 087 98 486, VAT number CZ08798486, with registered office at Korunní 2569/108g, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert contribution 325562 (hereinafter referred to as the “Správce”) in connection with the provision of the services on the basis of a concluded contract for the provision of statistics (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract“).

These Principles, as well as the processing of the personal data of the Subjects, is governed by the generally binding legal regulations, in particular the Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Processing of Personal Data, and the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, English abbreviation GDPR).

The personal data of the Subjects is processed by the Controller only to fulfil the purpose of processing, to the extent necessary and for the period necessary

Each Subject has given an explicit consented to the processing of its personal data in accordance with these Principles prior to the conclusion of the Contract.

Each Subject declared before the conclusion of the Contract that it was over 18 years of age. Thus, the Controller does not process personal data of persons under 18 years of age.

For the purposes of these Principles:

Client“ means a person who concluded the Contract with the Controller,

Interested Party“ means a person who is interested in becoming a member, and as such has completed the Controller’s membership form as it is published on the website of the Company at www.betdoin.com.

Contract“ means a contract for the provision of statistics specified in Article 2 of the Terms, concluded between the Company and the Client through the registration form on the website www.betdoin.com.



II. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The Controller processes the personal data of the Subjects on the basis of the Contract for the purpose of performance of the Contract, management of the member accounts of the Subjects, communication with Subjects and compliance with the obligations stipulated by law.

For the purpose of performance of the Contract, in particular access to the Membership section, the following data of the Subjects is processed:

country,
email address.

For the purpose of management of the member accounts of the Subjects the following data of the Subjects is processed:

country,
email address.

For the purpose of the Controller’s communication with the Subjects and marketing purposes, the following data of the Subjects is processed:

Subjects:

email address.

For the purpose of invoicing and accounting records, the following data of the Subjects is processed:

country,
name,
surname,
place of residence,
email address.

For the purpose of payment of the commission and accounting records, the following data of the Subjects is processed:

Company ID No.,
name,
surname,
date of birth,
place of residence,
bank account number.



III. PROCESSED DATA

The Controller processes the following personal data of the Subjects:

name,
surname,
date of birth,
place of residence (street, house or street number, postcode, municipality or state),
e-mail address for purposes as set out in Article II of these Principles.

The Controller processes the following indirect data of the Subjects:

IP address
Cookies (for the purpose of offering relevant content just for you and facilitating the browsing of the website)
Browser and operation system version information to ensure that web pages are displayed correctly.



IV. DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data of the Subjects is processed by the Controller during the term of the Contract. After the termination of the Contract, the Controller is obliged to delete the personal data of the Subjects and not to process it in any way, unless the obligation to retain it even after the termination of the Contract arises from valid and effective legal regulations, in particular the Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (Act on Archiving and Records Management and on the Amendment of Selected Acts.), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, English abbreviation GDPR).



V. RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECTS

Right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data.

The Subject may withdraw its consent to the processing of the personal data by sending an e-mail to the Controller’s e-mail address (info@betdoin.com), or by sending a registered letter to the address of the Controller's registered office, or by other similar means. In the withdrawal of the consent, the Subject shall explicitly state that it withdraws its consent to the processing of the personal data. In such a case, the Controller is obliged to without undue delay, no later than 5 days after the receipt of the withdrawal of the consent, stop processing the personal data of the Subject, unless the obligation to process it arises from valid and effective legal regulations even after the withdrawal of such a consent. The contractual relationship between the Controllerand the Subject arising on the basis of the Contract will end at the moment of delivery of the e-mail notification of the termination of the personal data processing and the termination of the Contract to the Subject by the Controller.

The right to access to personal data and rectification or completion thereof

The Subject may by sending an email to the Controller’s email address of (info@betdoin.com), or by sending a registered letter to the address of the Controller’s registered office, or by other similar means, ask the Controller for information whether the Controller is processing his personal data and if so, what data it is and how it is processed, and the Controller is obliged to provide him with this information. The Subject may by sending an email to the Controller’s email address (info@betdoin.com), or by sending a registered letter to the address of theController’s registered office, or by other similar means, ask the Controller to at his request rectify the inaccurate personal data the Subject, and the Controller is obliged to perform these rectifications. The Subject may by sending an email to the Controller’s email address (info@betdoin.com), or by sending a registered letter to the address of the Controller’s registered office, or by other similar means, ask the Controller to complete the incomplete data concerning the Subject, and the Controller is obliged to complete this data.

Right to request restriction of processing.

The Subject may by sending an email to the Controller’s email address (info@betdoin.com), or by sending a registered letter to the address of the Controller’s registered office, or by other similar means, ask the Controller for restriction of processing of his personal data, subject to compliance with the conditions laid down by generallybinding legal regulations, and the Controller is under those conditions obliged to restrict the processing of data in such a manner.

The right to object to processing..

For reasons relating to his particular situation, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data that concern him.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the event that the Subject is inany way not satisfied with the processing of his personal data by the Controller, he may lodge a complaint directly with the Controller (by sending an email to the Controller’s email address (info@betdoin.com), or by sending a registered letter to the address of the Controller’s registered office, or by other similar means), or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
